We had 12 indoor units served by 4 outdoor compressors installed by Graham and Matthew in less than a week. So impressed by their tidiness and attention to detail and the minimal amount of ductwork which was itself as unobtrusive as possible.Would recommend both the company and this type of heating which gives comfort, control in each room and air filtration, with the benefit of air conditioning for cooling in the summer.The price quoted was all inclusive with no third parties or additional costs.Well pleased. Graham and his team recently installed a split system at my home. They were professional, friendly, and came in at a competitive price.Installation across two floors was complete in just over a day. The installation could not have been performed better - they’ve left no trace of being here and all cables and pipe work in the house are hidden from sight.I’m very happy with the system provided by Graham. He was able to listen to my needs and provided me with Haier products which integrate well with my home automation system.Pleasure to have over and will be recommending to family and friends.

Just had Graham and Mathew fit our air to air heating system, a most helpfull chap from the very start, we had huge hurdles to get through with the planning department and Ignite helped out with that also. very efficient, clean, tidy, the units look great. Overall we would very highly recommend Ignite to anyone thinking of having these installed.

Graham and his team installed our aircon unit last week. They were very professional and courteous, installing a Toshiba system in no time at all. From the time Graham quoted for the work a few weeks ago to the installation, everything has gone well. We were kept informed along the way and are very pleased with the end result. Thanks Graham.

A very positive experience all round we would thoroughly recommend Graham and his team. Communication was very good throughout the process and the installation carried out over a 2 day period was excellent, very pleased with the end results.Worked quickly and efficiently. Listened to our needs, ensured everything looked as best it could and was able to work with us even though we had tight deadlines due to the work being amongst other house upgrades.Would highly recommend if you want a high quality install by someone who takes pride in their work, with great communication alongside.

So far so good, Graham was friendly, listened to our needs and recommended 3 different air-to-air heat pump systems, all at very competitive prices. Communication was fast and clear. Install is happening in a couple of weeks, so will share more when it's done! EDIT: Have had these a year now, and they are amazing. To go from a house relying on storage heaters and a wood burner, to effectively having central heating that I can control from my phone, has been game-changing. They heat the house perfectly, and have saved us money on our electric bills! For the same amount of heating degree days (Jan 2023 - before HP, compared to Jan 2024 after HP) we used 200kWh less electricity in a single month! They also cool, so it's great in the summer!

Excellent communication throughout. Listened to our requirements and designed air conditioning system accordingly. Truly professional service from start to finish. Very friendly team and quality installation. House left spotless after install. Highly recommended.

Great service from start to finish, had air-conditioning/heat pump x2 fitted. Great communication throughout. supplied a very good product perfect for our needs, left both work areas clean and tidy, all pipework very neatly done.

I contacted the Ignite team and I soon had a visit and installation price.My unit was fitted promptly with very little disruption as I work from home.Very tidy work practice and I am pleased with the finished result.Going to return soon to fit another unit.Thanks Ignite keep up the good work.Following on from previous review.Ignite called for follow up visit for a new installDate agreed for convenience as I work from homeJob was completed with little disruption againVery pleased looking forward to some warm weatherSo I can work in comfort .
